Bulimia During Pregnancy How Can I Tackle My Bulimia Problem Without Going To A Shrink?

How can I tackle my bulimia problem without going to a shrink? - bulimia during pregnancy

I have come to accept recently that I have a problem with bulimia. I do not think I had a problem, because I shot the whole time, only when I eat something unhealthy, sick or anything. I am 21 and married a daughter of 4 months (do not worry, I have control over me) during my pregnancy for health reasons, my daughter, but after the birth I was obnoxiously bold and put it where I left off. My husband has recently discovered that I have a problem, after I caught serving food after dinner on New Year's and now I had to ask for help. The problem is that I do not want to see a psychiatrist who goes only so I feel like a fool to leave. What I do? I can see it in the eyes of my husband, so my anxiety about my health and I do not, this is a fear.

A good therapist in the future, not make you feel like you're crazy. The company has such a stigma in seeking professional help. I have a friend who was bulimic in high school and the only way out, she went to go see a therapist. The most important thing for you it is today, the diarrhea, because her daughter one day be old enough to understand what you are doing to stop. If you have an eating disorder, her daughter has one of the least perhaps because the children are little sponges that everything they say or do to absorb. If you have a negative image of her body, which went along too. The girls learn from their mothers, and if you have any comments about feeling fat, believe that eventually, it will be thick if it is true or not. For the love of his daughter to get her eating disorder under control. Even if you do not throw all the time, remains a mess.

What we really need to solve the problem lies in the fact that feels "like an idiot" when you go to a psychiatrist. You need a psychiatrist. It's that simple. The first issue is their inability to help.

You know that you have a problem. That's good. You acknowledge that you have a problem. That's great. Now the next step. Go help for his problem.

A good therapist or a psychiatrist / psychologist, you never feel like a fool. Try it once. I think you'll be surprised how much it is like sitting in a conversation held in a pressure cooker will be. You could also try someone eating disorders, which could help find experts for his arrest.

The only way to get rid of him is to seek professional help. Find a doctor to help you get back a healthy weight, and perhaps even start a journal, or to simply be a consultant for a few days or go to an existing group.

Bulimia is a mental and physical disability.
