A distributor has left his supplies and merchendise at my store. Anyone know if I can legally get rid of it? - phone card distributor

I have my own business. It came to sell a guy who wanted to phone in our shop. I accepted, and enter each month to receive their share in the profits. I have not seen or heard of this kind in about 1.5 years had. We still have a lot of phone cards and holder of a small stand for it. Can I get rid of this or I have to stay in the ring?
